We are looking for a Global HR Director (GHRD) who is able to provide leadership and coordination of the global Human Resource functions. The GHRD is a member of the management team and will actively support the transfer of best practices within the organization. The GHRD is showing leadership in the people management area and acts as the facilitator for the management team.
The GHRD will develop and is responsible for implementation of the corporate Human Resource strategy and programs. The GHRD will liaise with local HR and provide local organizations/subsidiaries with specific HR knowledge in order to insure full compliance with Company HR policies, laws and regulations.

. Managing and supporting the HR Operations team;
. HR Planning & Development;
. Management and Organizational Development;
. Performance management;
. Compensation & Benefits;
. Managing Employee Relations;
. Assuring compliance of policies and HR practices with legal and company regulations;
. Providing HR counseling to corporate management and subsidiary management;
. Establishing and implementing departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures;
. Evaluating procedures and technology solutions to improve human resources data management;
. Liaison and point of contact between the company Management and The HR Management of the investment company in the US.


Ideal Profile
. Master degree, preferably in HR Management or comparable;
. Fluency in English and Dutch is essential (written and spoken);
. The ability to be seen as a coach and a thought leader;
. Driven, intelligent and passionate about people management;
. Excellent communication skills;
. Proactive, pragmatic and resilient;
. Strong employment law experience;
. Maintains high levels of confidentiality;
. 10 years of experience in the HR discipline and over 5 years as end responsible for HR in an international environment.
